The past is but a memory The future is but a dream to be
realized The now is the gift; this is why it is called
the Present!
The past should be left in the past or
it can steel your future; but more importantly steals your
present moment. Live life in the moment so
tomorrow will bring what you desire; rather than what
yesterday has taken away. Every day is a gift!”!
Be here now...you have to show up first
before the life you desire does! You
can't really transform until you get present.
In Step 1-
Living in the Present you will be facilitated to:
How
to let go of the painful past How to create the future
you desire How to be here now ...be present by meeting
and trusting the moment
Living in the present is the first of the 8 Steps of The
Life Mastery series of life liberating guidance to effective
successful change.
Each of the 8 steps will assist
you in being aware of where you wish to focus your precious
attention.
You are the authority in your life; despite
what you have been conditioned to believe; as such you
always have a choice. You can choose to be present
in every moment where you pay attention
to your thoughts and feelings; so you can navigate your path
in the direction of the life you desire. Or you can continue
on living by unconscious default; guaranting you stay stuck in the painful past
and will only deliver more of what you don't want. Existing
in the past interferes with what you want now as well as paralyzes
you to move into a more desirable future.
“If you become smitten with
anger; it will devour you If you allow negativity to
surround you; it will destroy you If you surround
yourself with positivity; it will empower you If you
allow kindness to overshadow shallowness; goodness will
embrace you!" Be happy, strong, be confident, be brave
and smile often; it suits you well!
When our
negative thoughts attached to any experience we have had or
are having are allowed to linger more than a short period;
they esculate into intractable feelings and begin to define our actions in ways subtle and not so
subtle. Eventually they shape the belief that this is who we are! No matter what
the circumstance we cannot allow ourselves to become
ensnared in the mental and emotional trappings of our
wounded past or current uncomfortable situations that cause
us to be distracted and completely forget to be be in and
grateful for the present..
If you wish to
gracefully create the life you desire, it is imperative you live
in the present moment. Living in the present moment, the NOW
requires letting go of two things.
One is to let go of
your wounded past that keeps you tethered to people, places, things and experiences you no longer,
nor ever did,
have any control over. The other is to let go of the future
in terms of fearing the outcome. Letting go of both your
past and your future will allow you to create a joyous
present existence, as well as the future you desire!
"What you choose to focus on becomes your reality."
What you think is what you get. The universere will always
deliver to you exactly what you are asking for. Thusly we
often continue to get what we do not want because the
activities within the subconscious mind will always override
any conscious every day thinking. So despite whether you
affirm something different; if the past incorrect thinking
most often embedded in the subconscious is not discovered
and shifted; you will only expend a great deal of
energy just to end up with more of the same. It also is the
same if your feelings are not aligned with your thoughts. So
if you are affirming a joyful successful outcome in any
aspect of your life but not actually feeling how that really
feels; you will not manifest your intentions.
If your now conscious or not consists of being focused on the
wounds of old or
fearful of the unknown future; your life undoubtedly looks
and feels like a twisted ball of confusion accompanied by
outbreaks of emotional charges. This is due to your inner
wiring being crossed; as your thoughts are turned and pulled
in two different directions, rather than being fully engaged
in the now where you can be aware of what you are both
consciously and unconsciously thinking and feeling.
You
can straighten it all out by being present with yourself and
accepting there is no way to change what has been despite
how much thought and emotional energy you give it. And your
future is not connected to your past experiences; yet is
dependent upon what you think, feel and do in this very
moment.
All of it is nothing more than a choice! It
is up to you to choose to continue to live by default,
where you experience being nothing more than the same unending, unchanging
cycle and where your future will end up resembling your
past. Or you can choose to make a difference right now by
realizing you have the power to effect change in this very
moment.
You have the power and ability, as well as
the authority to shift your focus into the present moment.
This in turn will firmly place you in the present moment where you can
use your mindfulness to let go of your fear regarding what is to come and create the
successful future you desire. Being mindful opens you up to
being present and empowers
you to make the most of every moment.
You can choose
to resist forgiveness by insisting on being right and where you
get to hold onto anger, resentment, dissapointment, sadness and
even rage. Or you can choose to
forgive others; as well as
yourself.
You can choose to
begin each day excited about the new adventure about to
unfold. You can be filled with
gratitude for what is, rather
than regret for what was or fear about what will be.
You can begin your day with thoughts that inspire and
encourage you to continue to get up with enthusiasm and
excitement; so you can move about in your brand new day in a
healthy strong body that has nothing to do with the past or
the future. Imagine being engaged in happy thoughts and
joyous feelings in the moment and throughout your entire day
where you continually find one thing after another to be
grateful for and excited about. Imagine you are the master,
the empowered authority of your life
where you are a
conscious co-creator having the absolute and direct
influence in every experience that takes place.
This
is not only possible but it is inevitable when you choose to
be mentally, emotionally and physically present. When you
choose the now, your creative thought process is enhanced
and the possibilities of manifesting the life you desire are
endless! This is gift of the moment and how to live in joy
of the present!
I can’t think of a single person that
can change the past, yet the future is still up in the air
and can be far closer to or be what you dream of if you
attend to your
present in each and every moment.. When you are willing to
meet the moment...to be here now; you are choosing to take
the only available control of your life so
you no longer recreate the same unending, unchanging cycle
over again.
Living in the Present
additional Videos Awakening and Meeting the Moment. This is
the exercise to get you into and aligned with the Present thru
forgiveness of self
Forgiveness of self
in my opinion is more important than forgiveness of others. Sometimes we just
hold onto non forgiveness. We want those we deemed hurt us to
hurt equally or more. We want revenge...we wish to see them
suffer. And if we choose to forgive others we often move
more easily thru letting go of their actions and words towards
us, yet at the same time we may be quietly and
unconsciously continually beating ourselves up by repressing our
toxic feelings towards our self.
Not being aware of non
forgiveness of self or aware of it and making every effort to
ignore or divert the
feelings in everyway; we can easily trap not only anger, rage,
sadness, depression, but guilt and shame as well.
Guilt
being the belief that we did something wrong and deserved the
punishment or shame; the belief that we are actually
damaged or no good in some way and are unworthy or underserving
of love, honesty, respect and more.
Not being present
with loving compassion with our feelings related to any of the
above; keeps the other emotions in play and continually causing
some level of mental, emotional or physical pain.
Get Present....Release it NOW!
Awakening to the
Moment with Gratitude
Welcome to another video
from the Life Mastery Series This is guided exercise to get
you into and aligned with Living in the Present by meeting the
moment with Gratitude!
It is
crafted to assist you in bringing about a different perception
of what is occurring and is causing uninvited uncomfortable
thoughts or emotions.
It is best to follow this first thing in the morning; yet it
can be used throughout the day if or when anything arises that
causes you to be in worry or anxiety or disturbed by what is
taking place in your life. Especially thoughts or feelings of
lack. Where you are concentrating on you don’t have enough or
you want more. Not enough health, not enough money, not enough
love, not enough companionship…not enough…not enough. Doesn’t
matter what aspect the lack is arising in…you can shift to
gratitude for what is ; which can only bring about more to be
grateful for.
If you wish to return to the present
moment where thoughts are just thoughts, not facts Gratitude is
vital in assuring your presence in the here and now. Instead of
looking back with regret or longing for what was or wasn't or
worrying about or attempting to control what is to come; taking
time to notice what is all about you right now and being
thankful for it; will set you firmly in the moment. This will
free you to continue to gracefully flow into the next moment.
The more gratitude we express, the more we will experience to be
grateful for.
You can choose to begin each day excited
about the new adventure about to unfold. You can be filled with
gratitude for what is, rather than regret for what was or fear
about what will be.
You can begin your day with thoughts
that inspire and encourage you to continue to get up with
enthusiasm and excitement; so you can move about in your brand
new day in a healthy strong body that has nothing to do with the
past or the future.
Imagine being engaged in happy
thoughts and joyous feelings in the moment and throughout your
entire day where you continually find one thing after another to
be grateful for and excited about. Imagine you are the master,
the empowered authority of your life where you are connected to
your inner wisdom and all that is. You are already mastered at
co-creation...because you get exactly what you are focused on
whether you like it or not.
Now is the time to be aware
that you do not have to live by default because your thoughts
and emotions are not aligned with the real you. You can shift to
being awakened to gratitude; to be a conscious co-creator having
the absolute and direct influence in every experience that takes
place by flowing gracefully with what is.
Taking the time
to do this exercise is a self loving compassionate expression
towards yourself. It sends the message to your mind and body
that you are grateful for life to begin with . Compassion is
medicine for the mind and is a beautiful relaxing way to start
your day while you are also setting the stage for a joyful
adventure in each moment by beginning with your day with
gratitude.

Welcome to Living in the Present Step 1 of the life mastery
series…Awakening to the Moment exercise.
This is the somatic exercise
to get you into and aligned with Living in the Present by
meeting the moment by allowing the expression of your feel goods
and not so comfortable feelings, sensations, symptoms, and pain
without any judgement or resistance.
We build our state
of health everyday through our thoughts, beliefs and behaviors.
We wonder why we are ill or depressed or hurt; endlessly seeking
some magic person, pill or therapy that will resolve it all.
While ignoring the influence we have over our mental, emotional
and physical bodies.
You can be the difference…
especially when all the other avenues may have only worked
temporarily or not at all and has left you still searching and
seeking the answer. You can stop attaching to thinking the
worst. You can be aware of and change your words spoken about
yourself. You can stop beating yourself up with critical
judgement and start applying a little kindness to the most
important person in your life…YOU!
You can reframe it all
to work for you instead of constantly against you. You can
find relief and even total freedom from the mental anguish of
worry or anxiety about what has been or what is to come,
reactionary emotional distress and or chronic physical pain by
being present with the moment.
You are not alone. I know
through first hand experience the terrible, dark and terrifying
thoughts and reactionary adverse and toxic feelings that
accompany mental, emotional or physical pain.
