The Understanding of Going With The Flow

Life is full of  unexpected, unwelcome situations or encounters with others; that may cause us to lose our mental and emotional footing in any given moment; which can also extend to physically painful problems or diseases.

Uncontrolled knee jerk reactions usually results in bringing about more negative consequences. It is far better to be able to respond calmly after taking a moment to rid yourself of reactionary thoughts and explosive feelings.

This step is to help you in any given moment to instantly balance out and return to a happy, peaceful, loving state; where you are not thrown off guard as life unfolds. It is easy and practical, and can be used by anyone of any age, to alleviate fearful stress and release emotionally charged, uncomfortable feelings!

You can use the tools within this step upon awakening to help start your day in the right gear and to help insure your day is free of obstructions or conflicts with others; or at night to help with a restful nights sleep, or in any given moment when unexpected things occur and cause you to falter in your intention of maintaining the life you desire.
